The shape is created using short rows, which gradually expand the work from the center out towards the sides. Finally, all stitches are worked together again.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003eThe dots are worked using intarsia. This makes the scarf a great project if you want to try your hand at intarsia, where several yarn balls are used at the same time.
